At PackMellow, we aim to process and deliver orders as efficiently and reliably as possible. The information below outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, and customer responsibilities.

PackMellow currently ships to the following countries:

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

We continue to expand our shipping coverage and may add additional destinations in the future.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping — Free

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

Expedited Shipping — Free

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent so that you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Maximum Delivery Time

While most orders arrive earlier, the maximum delivery timeframe is 30 business days from the shipping date.

If your order has not arrived within this period, please contact our support team so we can review the shipment and assist with a resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery details. PackMellow cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package appears to be lost in transit or has not been delivered within 30 business days, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

Where appropriate, we will assist with a replacement or refund in accordance with our store policies.
